The Notre Dame Faculty and Staff Chinese Heritage group, as one of the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at Notre Dame, fosters a welcoming and inclusive community for faculty and staff who share an interest in Chinese culture, language, and heritage. Our mission is to celebrate cultural diversity, create opportunities for meaningful connection, and promote understanding across the broader Notre Dame community. Through events, dialogue, and collaboration, we strive to build bridges that honor our shared values of respect, belonging, and equity.
